We recommend the best providers, not just the nearest ones. Here is how we select them.

Level 1: validated profile

No profile appears on Afrika Deal without this first check, done by our team.

  • We reach the provider by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Their identity matches the name shown on the profile.
  • The provider really offers the listed services, in the stated city.
  • No duplicate or fake profile.
  • The profile is complete and clear, with a realistic price.

Level 2: the “Verified” badge

The badge is reserved for providers who have proven the quality of their work. They are prioritised in our recommendations.

  • ID document checked during a video call. We never keep a copy.
  • At least 2 reachable customers confirm the quality of their work.
  • Photos of their work have been reviewed.
  • For health, legal, finance and security: diploma or licence checked.

Our commitments

  • Checks are made by a person from our team, never automatically.
  • The “Verified” badge is reviewed every 12 months.
  • A provider who no longer meets our criteria is suspended, especially after confirmed reports.
  • No provider can pay to get the badge or the top spot.
  • We never keep a copy of any ID document.
